I was nervous initially about flying with a soft cover bag but I haven't had any problems! The included TSA lock was needed and actively used on a recent flight so that was very appreciated.
Initial setup was a little confusing but it all becomes clear after some poking around. It packs well under my bed so I'm happy on all counts
